I come from a background in psychology, having practiced before transitioning into an organisational career in conflict mediation. Throughout my journey, I have been deeply inspired by Zen philosophy and its way of living. As I continue to open my mind and heart to Zen teachings, I have taken a step forward by enrolling that allows me to immerse myself more fully on this pah.
