    I am a committed Buddhist and have been part of the Triratna Buddhist community in Shrewsbury for the last one and half years. Previously I attended a weekly Kadampa Buddhist class for several years. I am keen to learn more about Psychology and how the mind works. I am joining the first semester of the Buddhist Psychology Training 2026 course in February 2026.
