I started Zen practice in the 70s, practiced on and off until several years ago when I was ordained a Zen priest, and then in 2023 I received dharma transmission from my teacher, Hosho Peter Coyote. I have no "experience" in psychology, and have never gone through therapy. I met David some years ago and our many discussions led me here.
