My general interest in Buddhism first surfaced as a teenager (I am now 75 years of age). My interest became more active around 20 years ago when directed towards Mindfulness Practice as part of counselling related to my diagnosis of Autism around that time. I finally joined a Plum Village affiliated Sangha about six months ago. I was put in contact with this network through Sangha emails, including a recent communication about the your two-year Diploma course. My prior involvement with Psychology has been through my undergraduate studies (1968-72) and teaching qualification studies (1974-75).
