Your history with Buddhism/Psychology & interest in this network:

I am a psychotherapist and university professor, raised in a family environment enriched by the teachings of the Buddha and Zen meditation. Currently, my approach to Mindfulness and meditation has allowed me to interconnect different psychotherapeutic approaches that I have learned in a way that I never thought possible. Humanism, experiential therapy, focusing, narratives, systemic therapy are today for me nutritious forms of vision that are unified in my Dasein, being and being.
