Regarding Buddhism: I have always had an interest in Buddhism. I have visited some Buddhist organisations in the past and I’m now incorporating meditation into my daily routine. I read years ago Zen Therapy and that is what introduced me to Buddhist Psychology.
Regarding Psychology: I studied Psychology and then did the master’s degree in Health Psychology.
My interest in this network: I have joined the Buddhist Psychology diploma as I would like to learn more about Buddhism and I think Buddhism+Psychology is the perfect combination for me.
