Your history with Buddhism/Psychology & interest in this network:

I studied Buddhist Psychology with Dharmavidya back in the day of Amida Trust when all course work was conducted in person and materials were sent out via post. I completed the three year programme around the year 2000. It was quite a life-transforming experience, and since that time the understanding I gained has informed my work as a yoga teacher and Vedic astrologer as well as enhanced my personal life. Though traditional yoga has been my personal practice for a long time, I feel inspired by Buddhism also. Early on in the pandemic, I took refuge through a beautiful online ceremony. I'm interested in staying in touch with developments in Buddhist Psychology because I know it's a very dynamic field. The podcasts and newsletters always open up new dimensions of understanding for me. Also, they nourish me personally, uplifting me with their wisdom and message of peace. Namo Amida Bu
