My first contact with Buddhism was 10 years ago in response to an inner need to find a new way of understanding and living life. However, I did not manage to connect with the spiritual teacher and it was not until 4 years ago that I managed to feel a sincere connection and commitment to the spiritual path. Currently I follow some of the teachings given by the Lama in charge of the Paramita center in Spain and I share the reflection of the texts with a small sangha made up of classmates. Right now I am very interested in deepening the practical application of the teachings, for me, more than accumulating knowledge, which also, what is extremely important is learning to reflect deeply on the issues. I join the study group with great enthusiasm and commitment.
