I am a Transpersonal and Buddhist therapist, specializing in Trauma and Somatic Work. I work in Norway, in a non-profit organization, with vulnerable populations (queer migrants and asylum seekers) for the last 9 years. I have been using Buddhist tools in therapy for almost 20 years now, especially in the intersection of human rights and minorities. I created the podcast "Budismo en zapatillas" and teach introduction to Secular Buddhism and Neuroscience online, always learning from my students. Buddhism is for me a way to ground myself and regulate my nervous system, so I can be at service.

Welcome to the 2024 Buddhist Psychology intake.
I believe we are in the same blue peer group for classroom discussions this semester, so I am following instructions to contact the others (Sally and yourself) in the group in order to arrange a first meeting.
